- Pedir y dar retroalimentación en tiempo real de manera constructiva.
- Compartir y colaborar efectivamente con otros, generando un buen ambiente de trabajo.
- Identificar y hacer sugerencias de mejora cuando surgen oportunidades o problemas.
- Manejar, manipular y analizar datos e información de manera responsable.

- Seguir procedimientos de manejo de riesgos y cumplimiento.
- Mantener al día con las actualizaciones y noticias de mi área de especialidad.
- Comunicarme con confianza, de manera clara, concisa y expresiva, tanto de manera verbal como escrita.


- Construir y mantener una red interna y externa de contactos.
- Buscar oportunidades para aprender cómo funciona PwC como una red global de firmas.
- Defender el código de ética y conducta de la firma.
