Guiderai progetti complessi di trasformazione finanziaria, garantendo l'allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici del cliente e ottenendo risultati di alta qualità.
Gestirai le relazioni con i clienti, comprendendone le esigenze, anticipando le sfide e proponendo soluzioni di alto valore.
Coordinerai i team di progetto, promuovendo la crescita professionale, il coinvolgimento e la collaborazione.
Progetterai e implementerai soluzioni innovative basate su dati, tecnologia e best practice di settore.

Your unique strengths

Un professionista con comprovata esperienza di 3-5 anni in finanza, pianificazione e gestione delle performance.

Un esperto di strumenti digitali a supporto della funzione Finance, con esperienza pratica nell'implementazione e configurazione di soluzioni EPM basate su Board (ad esempio, modelli di pianificazione, previsione, reporting e simulazione).

Un pensatore strategico, orientato ai risultati, con la capacità di bilanciare una visione d'insieme e l'attenzione ai dettagli.
Un consulente con solide capacità analitiche e di problem-solving, in grado di trasformare i dati in informazioni fruibili.
Un professionista che agisce con integrità, promuove l'eccellenza e contribuisce attivamente allo sviluppo del team e della practice.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
