Buscamos uma pessoa cientista de dados sênior para atuar no time de Models & Insights, liderando tecnicamente o desenvolvimento de modelos e análises avançadas que apoiam decisões estratégicas em Customer Interactions.
Essa posição exige maturidade técnica, visão de negócio e capacidade de influência. Mais do que desenvolver modelos, esperamos que você ajude a formular problemas, definir abordagens analíticas, orientar decisões e elevar a qualidade técnica das soluções construídas pela área.
Você atuará em temas como prevenção de churn, aquisição qualificada, next best offer, next best action, valor do cliente, propensão, segmentação, mensuração de impacto e otimização de interações. O desafio é transformar dados em sistemas de decisão capazes de melhorar a experiência do cliente e gerar valor para o banco.
Aqui seu papel será:
- Liderar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento de modelos de machine learning aplicados a Customer Interactions;
- Definir abordagens analíticas para problemas complexos de negócio;
- Desenvolver, validar e acompanhar modelos preditivos, segmentações e estratégias de decisão;
- Orientar cientistas de dados mais juniores em boas práticas de modelagem, análise e comunicação;
- Trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados em Databricks, PySpark, Python e ambientes cloud;
- Conduzir análises de performance, incrementalidade, lift, estabilidade e impacto de modelos;
- Construir narrativas executivas para comunicar resultados, riscos, oportunidades e recomendações;
- Atuar com áreas de negócio, tecnologia, CRM, Growth, Marketing Digital e times globais;
- Identificar oportunidades de evolução técnica, automação e escalabilidade dos ativos analíticos.
Requisitos Imprescindíveis:
- Experiência sólida em ciência de dados, modelagem estatística ou machine learning aplicado a negócios;
- Domínio de Python, SQL e manipulação de dados em escala;
- Experiência com PySpark, Databricks ou plataformas similares;
- Conhecimento consistente de estatística, validação de modelos, avaliação de performance e desenho analítico;
- Capacidade de traduzir objetivos de negócio em problemas quantitativos bem definidos;
- Experiência na comunicação de resultados para stakeholders seniores;
- Autonomia para conduzir frentes analíticas de média e alta complexidade.
Requisitos Desejáveis:
- Experiência em instituições financeiras, meios de pagamento, telecom, varejo, seguros ou plataformas digitais;
- Conhecimento em modelos de propensão, churn, recomendação, uplift, next best action ou otimização;
- Experiência com AWS;
- Conhecimento de governança de modelos, monitoramento, MLOps ou produtização;
- Inglês ou espanhol para interação com times internacionais.
