Branch Sales Officer (UAEN Only ) - Dubai

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support business stakeholders through data-driven insights, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create and automate reports using SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
• Design KPI dashboards covering sales, profitability, customer behavior, and product performance.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through effective validation and controls.
• Support reporting governance, compliance, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of banking experience in MIS, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Retail banking knowledge is preferred.
