  • AI & Automation: Explore practical opportunities to use AI and automation to accelerate analysis, improve data quality and reduce manual work.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Turn complex information into clear dashboards, summaries and recommendations that can be easily understood by business stakeholders.
  • Independent Projects: As you develop your knowledge, take ownership of specific analyses or improvement projects from problem definition through recommendation.

What you will learn

You will gain exposure to how a large technology business operates across EMEA and build practical experience in:

  • Business and financial analysis
  • Pricing and profitability
  • Commercial decision-making and deal evaluation
  • Data visualization and storytelling
  • Process optimization and automation
  • Applied AI in a real business environment
  • Working across functions and countries in an international organization

What we are looking for

  • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for understanding how businesses work
  • Comfortable working with data; good Excel skills
  • Interest in AI, automation and new digital tools
  • Ability to structure complex information and communicate conclusions clearly
  • Proactive mindset: someone who does not just execute a process but asks “could we do this better?”
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent or strong professional English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or other visualization/analytics tools
  • Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis, pricing or commercial concepts
  • Professional on additional languages

Experience our benefits:

  • Paid internship within a global, technology driven company.
  • Join an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams.
  • Flexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).  The length of the internship ranges from 4 to 12 months.
  • Access to our intern community, including career development workshops, learning sessions, and social activities that help you grow professionally and connect with other interns.
  • Mentor assigned.
  • Opportunity to join the HP Graduate Program following the placement.
  • Lunch at reduced prices at our canteen.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, and AI Tools. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list. This role treats it as a required part of the job.
