Amazon Global Selling helps individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 21 overseas marketplaces and supporting their success and growth. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese businesses going global.

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to join the Global Seller Supply Chain team, focusing on multi-channel system integrators (commonly known as ERP service providers). For cross-border sellers managing multiple channels, accounts, and marketplaces, ERP systems serve as the operational backbone that centralizes order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and financial reconciliation into a single source of truth, reducing order processing errors and enabling sellers to scale efficiently. As this ecosystem continues to evolve rapidly, this role offers a great opportunity to shape how Amazon partners with leading ERP providers to deliver better seller experiences and drive adoption of Amazon's logistics and fulfillment solutions.

In this role, you will develop deep industry expertise, build and manage relationships with ERP service providers, understand seller needs and pain points, and drive go-to-market initiatives that increase seller awareness and adoption of Amazon solutions integrated through ERP platforms. Your insights into the ERP ecosystem will also contribute to improving AI and automation capabilities across Amazon's seller experience.

Key job responsibilities
1. Develop deep understanding of the multi-channel ERP industry, including market landscape, key players, seller usage patterns, and emerging trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and business teams
2. Build and manage relationships with ERP service providers, establishing partnerships and driving alignment on integration priorities and seller experience standards
3. Understand seller feedback and needs through data analysis and direct engagement, and develop recommendations to help sellers select and optimize their ERP usage
4. Lead go-to-market initiatives for critical Amazon solutions integrated with ERP platforms, partnering with ERP providers to drive seller awareness and adoption
5. Provide industry insights, pain points, and solution feedback to internal teams to inform product roadmap and improve AI and automation capabilities within Amazon's ecosystem
6. Deliver clear communications and business updates to senior leadership

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or e-commerce/SaaS ecosystem roles
- Experience managing external service providers, technology partners, or platform integrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data into business insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Preferred qualifications

- Experience working in multinational or foreign companies with exposure to global business environments
- Experience in e-commerce ERP, SaaS platforms, or multi-channel commerce solutions
- Track record of driving go-to-market programs or partner-led adoption initiatives
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and geographies

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Business Development, Partnership Management, Supply Chain, B2b, and Erp Systems. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
