Objective

• Be responsible for providing estimation in the demand process, definition of the business and IT level requirements in the delivery process.
• Coordinate functional solution alignments between development teams.
• Support all processes like Release Management Change Management, testing, and go live.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate high level business requirements into detailed specifications that are ready for implementation, respecting the application landsacpe, non-functional requirements and the agile process.
• Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements & use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize business requirements
• Support the QA and the run chapter with functional clarifications
• Identify service deficiencies and recommend enhancements
• Support the Product Owner in creating offers for tendered projects, roadmap planning etc.
• Maintain an up-to-date product documentation

Who We Are Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 4+ years working in business analysis, requirements gathering or product management in a professional environment
• Deep experience of requirements engineering, specification and documentation in the context of agile software development teams
• Hands-on experience in testing and product configuration is a plus
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with capability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously.
• Fluent English & Professional French communication skills
