  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.

  • Use collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, and Google Drive to manage work, documentation, and communication.

  • Troubleshoot data issues, system failures, workflow breaks, and integration errors through structured root cause analysis.

  • Contribute to system governance, data integrity, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business systems, systems engineering, enterprise applications, integrations, or related technical roles.

  • Experience across fast pace startup, IPO readiness, and enterprise company environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workato integration development.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce and NetSuite, including Python and Java scripting.

  • Experience with Netsuite, Pigment, Zip, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, PLM platforms, and inventory management platforms.

  • Strong understanding of business workflows including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.

  • Experience supporting reporting and analytics solutions, including Tableau and/or working knowledge of Power BI.
