About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler to join our Front Office team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. 

• Act as the main contact of the guests and ensure communication with other departments is flawless in order to execute the smallest to most complex request and provide the highest level of service. 
• Always ready and willing to assist both guests and associates in a friendly, courteous and professional manner by performing efficiently and with the best attitude.
• Extend a warm welcome to all our guests and visitors in the lobby and any other hotel area. 
• Identify and anticipate guest's needs and assist in any possible way. 
• Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel and its facilities, as well as daily events and functions. Upsell the hotels, restaurants, and facilities across the resort. 
• Conduct a property show around and room orientation to visitors / guests. 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star property.
• Mandatory experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) service and In-Villa Dining.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, Chinese or Russian languages.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and Opera PMS (Cloud).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
