Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Taiwan.

We will count on you to:

Responsible for developing new auto insurance contracts, managing renewals, and promoting business activities.
Manage auto insurance operational performance, regularly track various business indicators and KPIs.
Utilize data analysis to propose business strategies and performance improvement plans.
Plan and execute auto insurance product promotions and market management strategies.
Establish and optimize operational processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

What you need to have:

Associate degree holder or above
8+ years of experience in property/ auto insurance related work
Supervisory experience is a plus
Fluency in Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A growth mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-directed.
