Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical & Technical Specialist to join our Surgery team and support the implementation and clinical use of advanced surgical energy technologies.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who combines biomedical expertise, surgical energy knowledge and confidence in the operating room environment.

What you will do:

Support installation, setup and clinical readiness of surgical energy systems
Provide on-site technical and clinical support during surgical procedures
Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and provide first-line technical support
Train surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments following internal product certification
Partner with Commercial, Technical Service and Professional Education teams to ensure seamless technology adoption

What we are looking for:

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
Hands-on experience with monopolar, bipolar, ultrasonic and/or advanced bipolar energy technologies
Experience with medical devices, electrosurgical generators or surgical capital equipment
Strong understanding of operating room workflows and biomedical troubleshooting
Confidence working alongside surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments
Strong professional English and fluent Turkish
Flexibility to travel across Türkiye
