ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Communications & Marketing Specialist France, you will drive local communications initiatives, coordinate key events and ensure consistent brand implementation across France.

Working closely with French leadership, local stakeholders, product marketing teams and European communications teams, you will translate business needs into effective communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with CEVA Logistics' global brand guidelines and communication strategy.

This role requires a versatile, autonomous and proactive professional who can manage multiple projects, engage diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful initiatives in an international, matrix organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Communications

• Develop and deliver internal communications content and campaigns for France, including leadership messages, employee updates and local communication channels.

• Engage with local stakeholders to identify communication needs and ensure clear, consistent messaging.

• Coordinate local communication initiatives with European and global teams.

Events & Marketing Activation

• Plan and deliver B2B events, conferences, podcasts and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with product marketing teams.

• Coordinate event logistics, external agencies and suppliers, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business priorities.

• Ensure consistent brand visibility and communication across events.

Brand Management & Deployment

• Ensure consistent application of CEVA Logistics' brand guidelines across French sites and communication materials.

• Coordinate branding and rebranding initiatives, including new warehouse openings and site transformations.

• Manage brand templates, review deliverables and coordinate external suppliers to ensure quality, consistency and budget compliance.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Act as a key communications contact in France, connecting local teams, leadership, product marketing and European communications stakeholders.

• Manage projects autonomously, from gathering requirements to delivery, while ensuring alignment with global standards.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables, identifying issues and recommending solutions when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Approximately 6–8 years of experience in communications, marketing or a related field, with demonstrated experience in internal communications, events and/or brand management.

• Experience working in an international organization with cross-functional teams and a matrix structure.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Proactive, curious and adaptable, with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills, and able to produce high-quality content and interact confidently with international stakeholders.
