  • Storytelling with Data: Provide sophisticated compensation recommendations, clearly building data driven insights while tying it back to overall comp strategy

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative-focused major (e.g., Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics)
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analytics, finance or a related field in a fast-growing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, VBA, Power Query)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Unmatched attention to detail; ensuring numbers are accurate & delivered on time to key partners
  • High learning agility, flexibility, and quantitative problem-solving skills

Bonus Points:

  • Consulting, Project Management or Analytics experience
  • Experience building interactive / replicable dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other advanced analytic platforms
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and automating repetitive workflows.

Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes backed by detailed ongoing documentation
