Job Description:

Colabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo

Como Contador/a, desempeñarás un papel clave liderando la preparación oportuna de los estados financieros de acuerdo con los libros contables estatutarios y US GAAP, al mismo tiempo apoyarás el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y colaborarás en auditorías internas y externas. Este rol también incluye la recopilación de información financiera para diferentes organizaciones o entidades, según sea necesario.

En este puesto, actuarás como enlace y referente en la materia para el centro de servicios contables tercerizado, que realiza tareas de contabilidad operativa. Se espera que trabajes en estrecha colaboración con diferentes áreas de la compañía, como Recursos Humanos, Legal, Impuestos, Logística, entre otras.

Participación en proyectos multifuncionales y multiculturales.
Oportunidad de identificar y liderar iniciativas de mejora relacionadas con asuntos corporativos, estatutarios y fiscales, orientados a mejorar los tiempos, eficiencia y eficacia. Contribuyendo a la alineación corporativa y estatutaria en términos de políticas, plazos e información requeridos.
Participar en la implementación de proyectos globales, en busca de la estandarización y eficiencia de los procesos corporativos.
Entrega de reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales oportunos y de calidad a la casa matriz que ayuden a la toma de decisiones.

Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

Título de contador, con firma autorizada para firma de estados financieros.
Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia laboral previa en Contabilidad o Auditoría.
Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.

Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:

Haber trabajado en una firma de auditoría externa.
Haber formado parte de una empresa multinacional.
Uso de Workiva para reportes estatutarios.
Uso de aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial.
Sólidas habilidades interpersonales.
Capacidad para adaptarse al cambio.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipos diversos y multidisciplinarios.
Orientación a resultados.

Localización de trabajo: Este rol sigue un modelo de trabajo presencial, requiriendo que el empleado trabaje al menos cuatro días a la semana en la oficina de 3M ubicada en Santa Fe, CDMX.

Viajes: Puede incluir hasta 5% en viajes nacionales/internacionales.
