Service GCC > GCC, Service Operations Support > GCC Global CIM

The department of GCC Service Operation Support is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. Main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning, Continuous Improvement Management Coordination.

Continuous Improvement Management Coordination consists of implementation CIM Cases (upgrades) for Turbines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) projects globally
• Maintaining turbine related data in SAP/Salesforce (Service and Construction area)
• Cooperating with various internal groups according to project requirements
• Creating reports, both internal and external
• Coming up with improvement ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from technical or administrative studies
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience from Wind/Manufacturing or similar industry
• Fluent English is required

Competencies

• Collaborative and detail-oriented mind
• Good people skills as well as positive mindset and supportive attitude
• Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs
• Structured approach, process oriented and conceptual thinking mindset
• Computer skills. Including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Planning and organizing skills
