We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated sales leader to join our Application and Data Protection Security Sales Team. The Country Sales Manager will lead the sales team and drive end-user sales through tier-one and tier-two channel partners, leveraging all available routes to market. By understanding each customer’s business, industry, and security priorities, this leader will align our market-leading Data and Application Security Platform with customer needs, develop compelling value propositions, close opportunities, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key buyers across the region.

The Role
Country Sales Manager - Israel
We are looking for an accomplished Country Sales Manager with strong cybersecurity and cloud expertise. The successful candidate will establish, develop, and execute strategic initiatives and account plans in collaboration with solution-provider and reseller partners specializing in HSMs, encryption, and data and application protection.
Main Responsibilities:
- Motivate, manage, coordinate, coach, and develop team members to maximize revenue performance and support their professional growth and fulfillment.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, channel partners, industry experts, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Enable the partner community to sell Thales Cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with the Channel Sales Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Presales Engineers, Product Marketing, and sales teams.
- Sell Thales Cybersecurity Data and Application Protection solutions across Israel.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and go-to-market strategies. Define sales, channel, and marketing actions with the team to grow the territory and achieve assigned targets, including revenue growth, market penetration, and new logos acquisition.
- Providing accurate and reliable weekly forecast to the Management
- In collaboration with the Channel Account Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and Thales Cybersecurity Products sales teams to support continued business growth.
- Maintain regular contact with key customers and end users.
Build relationships with senior executives, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level leaders.
- Keep management informed of status and performance through regular communications, agendas, and reports.
- Other duties/special projects assigned
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven record of managing, coaching, and motivating high-performing overlay sales teams across the region.
- At least 7 years of experience with a cybersecurity vendor, system integrator, service provider, or major reseller, including channel development and security-focused networking.
- At least 7 years of B2B sales experience developing accounts and executing strategic plans and initiatives.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a security, networking, or infrastructure company, preferably within a two-tier distribution model.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
Skills and Capabilities:
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales organization.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, data security, and application protection solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level of a partner organization.
- Strong business-development judgment and the ability to build effective virtual teams.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to develop and present creative, practical solution strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Results-oriented approach and confidence working with senior management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing license deployments.
- Experience managing relationships with Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, CISOs, and other C-level executives.
- Ability to grow the business while maintaining high customer and partner satisfaction.
