Credit Portfolio Associate

In this role, you will:

• Provide support as an advisor regarding credit performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies
• Review basic or tactical issues, credit policies or procedures, complex credit reports, and findings and insights to recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies to management
• Receive direction from supervisors, and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of credit function, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• With experience in securities market, lending operations
• Strong understanding of credit principles and lending processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex processes, explain decisions, and confidently engage with business partners and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or a related discipline preferred.

Job Expectations:

• Amenable to working a fixed night shift aligned with U.S. business hours (9:00pm to 6:00am)
• Amenable to having weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as regular rest days.
• Amenable to observing the U.S. holiday calendar.
• Willing to work full onsite at Five Neo, BGC during training
• Amenable to transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement after training.
• Willing to be based at Five Neo, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in securities market, lending operations
