Job Description

Mission

Au sein de la Direction des Ventes Monde de Renault, le stagiaire contribuera à l'identification, la priorisation et le déploiement des opportunités offertes par l'Intelligence Artificielle afin d'améliorer la performance de la distribution et des ventes, l'efficacité du réseau de distribution et la satisfaction client.

Il participera à la définition de la stratégie IA de la fonction et accompagnera les équipes métiers dans l'expérimentation puis l'industrialisation de cas d'usage à forte valeur ajoutée.

Responsabilités principales

1. Cartographie et roadmap IA

Réaliser un benchmark des meilleures pratiques IA chez les constructeurs automobiles et autres industries
Cartographier les processus Distribution, Ventes, Réseau et Satisfaction Client pouvant bénéficier de l'IA
Identifier et prioriser les cas d'usage selon leur impact business et leur faisabilité
Construire et maintenir une roadmap IA pour les différentes équipes

2. Développement de cas d'usage

Piloter plusieurs Proof of Concepts autour de sujets tels que :

Sales & Distribution Efficiency

Analyse automatisée des performances de marché et réseau.
Assistance à la préparation des business reviews pays
Génération automatisée de synthèses de performance
Automatisation de reportings récurrents
Analyse prédictive des volumes et performances commerciales
Détection automatisée de signaux faibles dans les résultats réseau

Network & Customer Satisfaction

Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation du maillage réseau grâce à l'IA.
Développer des analyses permettant de suivre et d'améliorer l'efficacité des moyens commerciaux.
Mesurer l'impact de la performance livraison sur la satisfaction client et développer des modèles prédictifs de suivi du On-Time Delivery.
Analyser les verbatims clients et les remontées réseau afin d'identifier les principaux irritants et les leviers d'amélioration de la satisfaction client.
Détecter les points de vente sous-performants, réduire la dispersion des performances réseau et renforcer l'identification des risques opérationnels et commerciaux.

3. Change Management & Adoption

Créer des guides de bonnes pratiques IA
Former les équipes métier aux outils IA
Identifier les freins d'adoption
Promouvoir les nouveaux usages au sein de l'organisation
Partager les meilleures pratiques avec les autres marques du Groupe

Livrables attendus

En fin de stage le candidat devra avoir produit :

Une cartographie complète des opportunités IA de la direction
Une roadmap priorisée sur 12 à 24 mois
Plusieurs POCs opérationnels
Un business case quantifiant la valeur créée
Un guide de déploiement et d'adoption pour les équipes

Profil recherché

Formation

Étudiant(e) Bac+5 :

Master spécialisé Intelligence Artificielle
École d'ingénieurs avec spécialisation IA
École de commerce avec forte dominante Data/AI

Compétences

Fort intérêt pour l'IA générative
Bonne compréhension des enjeux business
Expertise des outils informatiques associés au stage (outils de BI, Excel, Claude / Copilot / ChatGPT / Gemini …)
Esprit structuré et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs internationaux
Anglais apprécié
