Job Description:
The Brokerage Analyst provides analytical, reporting, and administrative support to APAC Brokerage and Customs & Trade Compliance. This position is responsible for maintaining operational and compliance data, preparing management reports and dashboards, analyzing trends, and coordinating with regional and country stakeholders. The role supports data accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Duties
- Collect, validate, and maintain Brokerage operational and compliance data to support reporting, performance monitoring, and business decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates, and provide analysis and insights to regional and global stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance records, including non-compliant shipment cases, audits, penalties, licenses, training records, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Brokerage Operations, Commercial teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support compliance initiatives, resolve issues, and manage follow-up actions.
- Maintain reporting tools, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint content, and process documentation while supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Provide administrative, project coordination, and other departmental support as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools; experience in data analysis, business reporting, dashboard development, or process automation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Brokerage operations, Customs regulations, Trade Compliance requirements, international trade, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across regional, country, and cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
