The ITS DCMA (WH) is the primary floor operations owner for the HYD24 IT Hub warehouse. They will be responsible for end-to-end execution of warehouse workflows — from receiving/intake through imaging, wiping, inventory management, pick/pack/ship, outbound logistics, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD). The role ensures daily production SLAs are met, cycle times are optimized, demand-supply is balanced, and all compliance requirements (SEZ/STPI, data sanitization) are adhered to

Key job responsibilities
• Execute daily production plans covering Receiving/Intake, Inventory Storage, Imaging, Wiping, Refurbishment, Pick/Pack/Ship, and Outbound Shipping. Monitor throughput targets and report SLA adherence using ServiceNow and T-SIM.

• Conduct daily floor walks to identify bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and maintain real-time visibility into production status.

• Analyze end-to-end cycle times, improve SOPs, and drive Kaizen/continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process variability and improve velocity metrics.

• Collaborate with demand planning teams to align production priorities with demand signals. Manage inventory segregation, prioritization, and accuracy through cycle counts and root-cause analysis.

• Own outbound shipping execution, including on-time dispatch, carrier coordination, packaging, labeling, and SEZ/STPI documentation. Track and reduce shipping errors and coordinate reverse logistics for RMA processing

A day in the life
Executing daily production plans across receiving, imaging, wiping, inventory management, pick/pack/ship, and outbound shipping workflows. The associate conducts floor walks, monitors throughput targets, and tracks SLA adherence via ServiceNow and T-SIM. Internal stakeholders include demand planning teams, tooling teams, Tech Sourcing , and reverse logistics. Customers are internal Amazonians and end-users awaiting IT asset fulfillment. Key problems solved include production bottleneck resolution, demand-supply balancing, shipping error reduction, cycle time optimization, and ensuring ITAD compliance with data sanitization and SEZ/STPI regulatory requirements.

The ITS Warehouse team at HYD24, Hyderabad, is the backbone of Amazon's IT asset lifecycle operations. Basic qualifications

- 4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
- 4+ years of logistics experience
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- Graduate
- Working knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle (servers, laptops, networking equipment, storage devices)

Preferred qualifications

- Experience working in Amazon fulfillment/warehouse environments/OpsTech IT
