Tu rol y responsabilidades
En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de actuar como autoridad de diseño dentro de una disciplina de ingeniería de baja a mediana complejidad. Cada día, completarás asignaciones en proyectos pequeños o en partes específicas de proyectos de mayor envergadura, garantizando una ejecución eficiente y rentable.
Asimismo, demostrarás tu experiencia aplicando conceptos de pensamiento de diseño (design thinking) y diseño para la excelencia (design for excellence) en los proyectos asignados.
Modelo de trabajo para el puesto: Híbrido
Este puesto contribuye al Área de Automatización (Automation Business Area) en Lima, Perú.
Serás principalmente responsable de:
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de Digital Twins, Analítica Avanzada, Inteligencia Artificial y Optimización de Procesos.
- Desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones de digitalización en plantas de procesamiento de minerales.
- Asistir en la preparación de propuestas y presentaciones de proyectos de ingeniería.
- Integrar datos provenientes de sistemas de automatización y plataformas industriales.
- Presentar resultados y recomendaciones a clientes y líderes de negocio.
Requisitos para el puesto
- Cuentas con una formación en Ingeniería informática, ciencia de datos, electrónica, mecatrónica, metalúrgica, química o carreras a fines.
- Cuentas con entre 4 y 5 años de experiencia en roles similares
- Capacidad de conectar la tecnología con los resultados del negocio minero
- Deseable conocimiento en industria 4.0 – 5.0, BigData, Aplicaciones en entorno Cloud.
- Conocimiento en Python, Power BI, SQL o herramientas similares
- Experiencia o conocimiento en Digital Twins, IA industrial, Analítica Industrial o IIoT.
- Posees disponibilidad para viajar según necesidad (40% del tiempo)
- Tienes un nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado (indispensable), lo que te permite comunicarte con fluidez en entornos técnicos y multidisciplinarios.
