Job Description Summary
Instructure is hiring a Director, CRM Product Management to own Salesforce as a product. You'll set the roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and the third-party apps connected to them, working with directors, VPs, and executives to decide what gets built and why. It's a big moment to join: we're moving from Salesforce CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management and expanding how we use AI across the CRM. You'll lead a four-person team that refines and translates requirements, runs delivery and testing, and keeps CRM data clean. You'll work hand in hand with the Director, CRM Systems, and their eight-person CRM administration, development, and engineering team, which owns the build.
