This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Market Access Pricing and Strategy based in United States.
This role will lead U.S. pricing and market access strategy in preparation for the commercial launch of a lead oncology asset. Reporting to senior Market Access leadership, you’ll shape pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and payer value strategies based on market evidence and competitive insights. You’ll work closely with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure pricing and access decisions reflect clinical and economic value. The position also serves as a key internal subject-matter expert on complex reimbursement and healthcare policy topics. You’ll help translate payer insights and policy developments into actionable commercial strategies. As the function grows, you’ll also have opportunities to develop talent and contribute to building the broader pricing and access organization.
