• Elaborar memorias de cálculo y realizar diseños complejos de estructuras de concreto y acero
• Elaborar metrados, listas de materiales y especificaciones de estructuras
• Dirigir y guiar a los diseñadores asignados, en coordinación con el líder de proyecto, para la elaboración de los planos; revisar y hacerse responsable por los entregables
• Programar los trabajos de estructuras y hacer recomendaciones para la asignación de recursos
• Comprometerse en la aceptación de proyectos, fechas de término, recursos y personal requeridos para cumplir los objetivos
• Controlar la calidad de los entregables de la disciplina
• Coordinar las actividades de la disciplina para la preparación de planos y demás entregables
• Realizar coordinaciones interdisciplinarias
• Revisar y ayudar en los diseños a otros ingenieros de menor experiencia
• Realizar visitas al sitio del proyecto cuando se requiera
• Título tecnico, tecnologo, universitario en ingeniería civil, con colegiatura vigente.
• Cursos de especialización en los campos de diseño estructural
• Deseable nivel de inglés avanzado.
• Disponer de más 10 años de experiencia laboral en empresas de ingeniería para la industria minera, con responsabilidades cada vez mayores
• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en diseño estructural para proyectos mineros con ingeniería de detalle
• Experiencia específica en diseño de cimentaciones de equipos mecánicos y en estructuras metálicas de edificios pesados
• Experiencia en el desarrollo de ingeniería en las fases de conceptual, factibilidad, básica y detalle
• Amplio conocimiento de normativa nacional e internacional de diseño estructural
• Dominio de softwares de diseño SAP 2000, Auotcad,etc
• AutoCad nivel intermedio
• Dominio de herramientas office: Excel y Word
