We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale CRM and digital transformation solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, and AI technologies.

About the Role

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable functional and technical solutions.
Design integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
Define data migration, security, governance, and deployment strategies.
Drive AI adoption using Dynamics embedded Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor project teams.
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and stakeholder engagement.

About You

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM implementations.
Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Service / Customer Engagement & Power Platform
Strong experience with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and DevOps.
Hands-on experience with integration, data migration, security, and solution governance.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering projects in both Commercial Cloud and Government Cloud environments.
Experience deploying solutions on Azure and AWS.
Advanced knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure OpenAI.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure are highly desirable.
