As an Ecommerce Program Specialist, you will have a pivotal role in propelling the success of our Marketplace initiatives across the EMEA region. What you'll be doing:
- Lead regional adoption of the NVIDIA Marketplace by driving partner recruitment, onboarding, and system integration, ensuring smooth execution from requirements to launch.
- Consistently improve platform features and user experience to enhance buyer journeys and boost conversions in both direct and channel ecosystems.
- Support day-to-day ecommerce operations by coordinating product updates, content localization, and site maintenance tasks across multiple locales.
- Assist in preparing product listings, promotions, and checkout flow validations to ensure accuracy and smooth customer experiences.
- Work closely with internal collaborators (Program Managers, Developers, and Sales teams) as well as external partners to ensure consistent and timely updates.
- Track issues, follow up with teams for resolution, and document progress to help ensure timely delivery of ecommerce projects.
- Contribute to data collection and reporting to support analysis of sales performance, user journeys, and campaign efficiency.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online content management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel.
- Professional level in English and a European language (French, Italian, Spanish) to collaborate closely with global teams and engage with diverse parties at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively in a matrix organization, while also being self-motivated and autonomous.
- Flexible work hours to work together with partners in various time zones.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. - Proficiency with common efficiency and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking software).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with applying AI tools to improve working efficiency and optimize results quality.
- Displayed dedication and initiative to boost revenue by identifying and seizing opportunities within direct and channel ecommerce channels.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to track and evaluate performance.
- Sound problem-solving skills for suggesting and implementing process improvements.
