Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI IGA Developer with deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), enterprise application development, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong agentic AI development skills across building Agentic AI modules , Java, Spring Boot, APIs, databases, and modern front-end frameworks, along with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or equivalent IGA platforms.

This role will lead the development of next-generation identity solutions by combining traditional IGA capabilities with Agentic AI, intelligent workflow automation, Microsoft Graph integrations, and microservices-based architectures to enhance provisioning, access reviews, certifications, compliance, and identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI technologies.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered identity governance solutions leveraging Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Build intelligent automation for access requests, certifications, provisioning, deprovisioning, and reconciliation processes.
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ and enterprise IAM platforms with HR, ITSM, cloud, and business applications.
• Develop AI agents that assist with access analysis, policy enforcement, role mining, risk detection, and compliance reporting.
• Design and implement microservices and Graph API integrations across enterprise ecosystems.
• Develop advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and database optimization solutions for Oracle and SQL Server.
• Build automation using BeanShell, PowerShell, Unix Shell scripting, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

• Proficiency across multiple operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows, AIX, etc.).
• Direct experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent IGA platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, building microservices, and developing interactive front-end applications.
• Ability to automate and orchestrate complex workflows and processes using scripting and automation tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
