The Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Client Partner to build and own strategic relationships with enterprise customers deploying AI agents and AI systems into real business workflows. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, deployment, and customer success—working directly with technically sophisticated teams to translate complex AI use cases into scalable, high-impact engagements.

What You’ll Do

1. Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound, warm introductions, and ecosystem-driven relationships.
2. Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
3. Lead high-stakes conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
4. Shape proposals and deal structures that reflect complex AI deployments and enterprise realities.
5. Partner closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to align customer needs with execution.
6. Ensure successful deployment and expansion of AI agents and AI systems within customer workflows.
7. Maintain clear pipeline visibility and strategic signal for internal decision-making.
8. Surface product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap and positioning.

What We Look For

1. Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong technical intuition.
2. Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments.
3. Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
4. Comfort operating with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
5. Strong ownership mindset with bias toward action and long-term account growth.

Nice to Have

1. Experience working with human data teams, enterprise AI teams, or enterprise data organizations.
2. Familiarity with AI agent deployments, model evaluation workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.
3. Exposure to enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
4. Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology organizations.

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $140,000 –$180,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
