Key job responsibilities

- Ser responsable de la configuración de extremo a extremo de vendors nuevos y existentes en los programas de VF y DF, incluyendo la configuración de integración API/EDI, inscripción en sistemas y configuración de parámetros operativos
- Liderar la inscripción y configuración de vendors para nuevas iniciativas del programa, incluyendo operaciones de recolección los sábados, implementación de doble CPT, ruteo directo de carriles y programas de mejora de velocidad
- Servir como punto de contacto técnico entre vendors, equipos de Retail y stakeholders internos de sistemas de Amazon durante todo el proceso de onboarding y configuración
- Dar seguimiento al estatus de configuración a lo largo del portafolio de vendors, identificando proactivamente bloqueadores y escalando a los Program Managers según sea necesario
- Mantener registros precisos de los estados de configuración de vendors, estatus de integración y acciones pendientes
- Colaborar con los roles de Learning & Enablement y FST para asegurar que los requisitos de configuración se reflejen en los materiales de capacitación y checklists de lanzamiento
- Identificar cuellos de botella recurrentes en la configuración y proponer mejoras de proceso para reducir los tiempos de setup
Basic qualifications
- Experience with Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document, or experience in construction
