Você busca uma experiência prática onde a teoria da faculdade encontra o mundo real? Como Estagiário de Suporte de Campo em Recife, você será o braço direito dos nossos Especialistas. Seu papel será fundamental para garantir a disponibilidade dos ativos e a excelência no atendimento ao nosso cliente.
Aqui você terá voz ativa e aprenderá a gerir uma operação de campo de ponta a ponta, vivenciando desde a execução técnica até a apresentação estratégica de resultados. Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:
Apoio Técnico: Auxiliar em manutenções preventivas e corretivas diretamente no campo.
Monitoramento e Gestão: Acompanhar e atualizar indicadores de performance (KPIs) da operação.
Comunicação Estratégica: Redigir comunicados técnicos e informativos para o cliente final sobre o status das atividades.
Documentação: Organizar relatórios de visitas, checklists de manutenção e o planejamento de atividades.
Melhoria Contínua: Participar ativamente de análises de causa raiz para evitar a reincidência de falhas.
Requerimentos:
Formação: Cursando Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção), Tecnologia em Manutenção ou áreas correlatas.
Localidade: Recife
Ferramentas: Domínio do Pacote Office e ferramentas Google.
Tecnologia: Habilidade no uso de Inteligência Artificial para otimização de tarefas.
Comunicação: Excelente capacidade de escrita (essencial para o contato com o cliente).
Diferenciais: Conhecimento prévio em ferramentas de gestão de manutenção ou leitura técnica.
