Job Description & Summary

The UI/UX Manager leads the design vision and user experience strategy across digital products. This role ensures all solutions are user‑centered, visually consistent, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive UX strategy, design standards, and best practices.
Oversee user research, usability testing, and design improvements.
Review and approve wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Lead and mentor UI/UX design team.

Qualifications:

7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and interface design.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
