Events Program Manager

This is a fully remote, contract opportunity focused on event logistics, client management, and production operations.
You will serve as the key connection between clients, warehouse operations, and event production teams.
The role combines strategic client communication with hands-on oversight of event kits, packing, and quality control.
You will manage shifting timelines, last-minute changes, complex assets, and multiple programs while keeping delivery on track.
Your event-production experience will help you anticipate on-site challenges and translate client requirements into executable logistics plans.
The position offers exposure to high-profile technology, entertainment, and consumer brands in a fast-paced agency environment.
Frequent travel to a warehouse facility in Charlotte, NC is required, with occasional travel to client or vendor locations.
