Execution Contract Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Execution Contract Manager based in Canada.

This role oversees commercial and contractual matters throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closeout. You will work closely with Project Management, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage contractual risk and support successful project execution. The position combines contract interpretation, commercial judgment, negotiation, claims management, and risk mitigation. You will advise execution teams on complex contractual matters while helping protect commercial interests and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships. The role offers significant influence across Design-Build, EP, and EPC projects, including complex contractor and subcontractor arrangements. With exposure to diverse stakeholders, projects, and geographies, you will also contribute to strengthening contract management practices and sharing best practices across the organization.
