External Fulfillment Program Manager Analytics is responsible to accelerate program success driving initiatives to accelerate Sellers adoption, track performance and guarantee the best mechanisms to run Seller Flex channel. This role will be responsible to manage data and support with insights and reports how to scale our business and measure channels performance.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage reports and track business metrics in a weekly basis
- Design and generate insights to track business and generate improvements insights
- Accelerate team performance with data simplification

Basic qualifications

- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience with database management systems
- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
