Job Description

Rolls-Royce Deutschland bietet eine spannende Gelegenheit als Fachkraft Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung (w/m/d) in Dahlewitz bei Berlin.

Das Team fungiert als Shared-Service-Center für den Produktionsstandort Dahlewitz und unterstützt mit seinen Services die operative Fertigung. Die Leistungen des Teams umfassen u.a. Reinigungen, Reparaturen und Rissprüfungen an Bauteilen verschiedener Triebwerkstypen. Die Arbeit an Entwicklungs-, Produktions- und Instandhaltungstriebwerken erfordert ein breites Spezialwissen und bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenspektrum.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen an Triebwerksbauteilen unter Anwendung verschiedener NDT-Verfahren
Überwachung und Bedienung vom Mess- und Prüfeinrichtungen sowie Durchführung komplexer Systemchecks
Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Durchführung und Beauftragung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
Einhaltung komplexer Sicherheitsvorschriften (HS&E) sowie aktive Unterstützung des internen Verbesserungsprozesses
Anleitung von Mitarbeitern mit geringerer Erfahrung bzw. Qualifikation

Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene fachbezogene Berufsausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen erforderlich
Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
Bereitschaft in Schichten zu arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
