  • Your skills include strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work with sales and performance data, analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and translate complex data into actionable commercial insights, recommendations, and field-ready action plans. You are highly proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis and have strong presentation, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills. Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Finance, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a sense of urgency, effectively balance customer needs, channel strategy, and profitability objectives, and have the leadership potential, energy, and drive to successfully lead projects and initiatives across multiple functions.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
