You operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. This role requires financial accounting knowledge, experience working with technology teams to design and build financial systems integration solutions, and the ability to support the launch and ongoing management of a financial integration program. You contribute to cross-functional decision-making and help drive implementation across a global scope, balancing time to market with investments in automation.
Key job responsibilities
• Support cross-functional programs: Contribute to new and evolving programs by supporting end-to-end implementation activities, developing processes, metrics, documentation, and communications, and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with delivery teams: Collaborate with worldwide business, technology, and product teams to deliver high-quality program outcomes on time.
• Analyze and recommend: Gather data, analyze results, and provide feedback on priorities, timelines, and outcomes to support business process decisions and scale financial recordkeeping health.
• Communicate program status: Prepare clear updates and recommendations for stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable summaries for peers and leadership.
• Build relationships: Collaborate with business, product, accounting, technology, and finance owners globally to support scalable financial automation with the highest degree of controllership.
• Identify risks proactively: Surface potential issues early, propose mitigation options, and escalate appropriately to set the team up for success.
