Parteciperai a progetti di trasformazione e ottimizzazione della funzione Tesoreria presso primarie società corporate italiane, con focus sui processi di cash management, pagamenti, finanziamento del circolante e gestione dei rischi finanziari.

Sarai coinvolto nella mappatura e nell’analisi dei processi di tesoreria, nonché nella definizione e implementazione di interventi evolutivi. A partire dalle esigenze del cliente, dal modello di business, dalle prassi di mercato e dalle opportunità offerte dalla tecnologia, contribuirai al disegno di processi efficienti e integrati e all’adozione di soluzioni digitali a supporto della Tesoreria.

Costituisce un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di un applicativo di Treasury Management System (TMS).

Grazie all’accesso alle competenze del nostro network internazionale, potrai contribuire con idee e soluzioni innovative allo sviluppo dei progetti.

Your unique strengths

Hai conseguito una laurea magistrale in Economia, Finanza o Ingegneria Gestionale;

Hai maturato almeno due anni di esperienza nella funzione Tesoreria di un’azienda corporate;

Conosci i principali modelli organizzativi e i processi operativi delle società corporate;

Hai maturato esperienza nei processi di cash flow forecasting, pagamenti, gestione della liquidità e conosci i principali processi e strumenti di gestione dei rischi finanziari (FX e tasso di interesse);

Conosci e hai utilizzato un applicativo di Treasury Management System (Nice to have);

Possiedi un’ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;

Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata;

Sai utilizzare gli strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale per rendere le attività più efficienti e supportare le analisi;

Lavori per obiettivi, con proattività, autonomia e orientamento al risultato;

Hai spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative e una naturale predisposizione al lavoro in team;

Sei disponibile a effettuare viaggi e trasferte.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 38.500€-48.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 15% della retribuzione.
