AI in this role

Are you passionate about connecting talented people with roles where they can thrive? Amazon is looking for a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and help us hire the people who will build the future. In this role, you will manage the entire recruiting process — from sourcing and engaging candidates to closing offers — across multiple teams and roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. If you are a creative, data-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies across multiple teams, using data and funnel metrics to drive hiring effectiveness.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels including networking events, referral programs, online communities, and direct outreach, ensuring a steady flow of qualified and varied talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate screens, assessing fit across difficult, multi-team requisitions while maintaining a consistent and timely interview process.
- Educate hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting best practices, sourcing methodologies, and closing strategies to improve their hiring outcomes and calibration.
- Own and drive recruiting projects that improve key metrics such as pipeline conversion rates, candidate cycle time, and candidate experience, while identifying risks and clearing blockers to keep searches on track.

A day in the life
You will start your day reviewing candidate pipelines and prioritizing open requisitions across your client teams. From there, you might jump into a strategy session with a hiring manager, craft targeted outreach to passive candidates, or conduct phone screens to assess potential fits. You will regularly analyze recruiting data to refine your approach, collaborate with compensation and HR partners on offer strategies, and coach interviewers to sharpen their assessment skills. Throughout it all, you will keep candidates informed and engaged, ensuring every interaction reflects a thoughtful, professional experience.
