Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d)

We are hiring a Software Engineer for our Customer Success team. As an outcome-based team with a north star of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) you will be directly connected to our customers, and your code changes will directly impact the value that our customers get from our advertiser platform.

You

You will be responsible for writing clean, secure and well-tested code. You follow best-practice guidelines and help to improve them. Your code is open by default and easy for others to reuse. You are part of a team and with the team extend, maintain and operate assigned parts of our platform.

You have an understanding of the user needs within your service and work with the product manager, UX, and other team members to create technical solutions. You lead the entire lifecycle of a service or product, from understanding customer problems through development and deployment to support and maintenance.

You show an understanding for deadlines, find pragmatic solutions and are proactive in raising potential risks.

You will help the team in solving the challenges that arise as our business grows and develops; working together to ensure the service continues to meet the needs of our business and its customers.

The Team

The Customer Success team is a newly established team and this gives you the opportunity to do more than design and create great software. We’ll need you to support your new colleagues, influence and contribute to ways of working and best practices, and establish the culture in this new team from the beginning.

Technical Skills

Required
You can:

• Build and run cloud services on AWS (eg. Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, MSK) using Terraform, Node.js, Typescript, Java and Spring Boot, and Docker
• Build user interfaces with a modern frontend framework (ideally Angular)
• Lead the design of services in a microservices architecture
• Responsibly use AI tools to help you and your team move faster, while still owning the quality of the result
• Test at several levels (eg. unit, integration, contract and smoke)

Should have
You can:

• Work as part of a Scrum team
• Apply your knowledge of information security, secure design, and seure coding practices
• Monitor and traoubleshoot services in production
• Work effectively with other engineering teams to get things done

Nice to have
You can:

• Use TDD and pair programming to build software
• Write the occasional line of PHP code
