This role is focused on building practical AI solutions that address real-world business challenges in the health and benefits space. You will develop AI Agents, intelligent automations, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts while experimenting with emerging technologies. The position combines hands-on software development with applied AI, APIs, automation platforms, and modern development tools. You will have significant autonomy and take direct responsibility for the quality, testing, delivery, and sustainability of the solutions you build. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and potential interactions across Latin America will provide a broad working environment.
