The Role

At Capco, we are looking for a Fund Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Business Analysis and Project Management experience to support a major technology modernisation programme for a Tier 1 global bank.

This is an opportunity to combine your knowledge of fund finance, lending structures and financial services technology to help modernise critical banking capabilities.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex fund finance requirements into practical solutions, support project delivery and contribute to the successful implementation of modernised systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business analysis and project management activities within a fund finance technology modernisation programme for a Tier 1 global bank.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk and operations teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and define effective solutions.
• Analyse fund finance products, lending structures and operational processes to support technology design and implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document business requirements and support testing, implementation and change management activities.
• Coordinate project deliverables, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders across international teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or in a combined role, with specialist knowledge of fund finance, fund lending or related financial services products.
• Understanding of fund finance structures, including investor recourse, subscription finance facilities, NAV-based lending and asset recourse facilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial products, business processes and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable technology requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology functions.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally as required for project delivery.

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of investor credit assessment, hybrid financing structures and associated credit risk considerations.
• Understanding of fund lifecycles, fund structures and domiciles across different jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with relationships between assets, funds, sponsors and investors within fund finance arrangements.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks, risk management practices and governance requirements relevant to fund lending.
• Previous involvement in technology modernisation, systems implementation or transformation programmes within global financial institutions.
