Resumen del Puesto
Esta posición se encarga de facturas manuales, disputas de clientes, refacturaciones y crea y distribuye varios informes. Él/Ella audita y prepara ajustes y realiza investigaciones según sea necesario, requiere una atención meticulosa al detalle y asegura que todos los pasos del proceso de facturación se sigan en el orden correcto.
Responsabilidades:
-prepara conciliaciones diarias y analiza documentos de origen.
-Asegura la precisión de los registros de clientes y responde a consultas de clientes según sea necesario.
-Identifica, investiga y resuelve cualquier error o disputa de clientes.
-Edita información relacionada con la facturación, actualiza la facturación del cliente y asegura que se incluya la documentación de soporte adecuada.
-Revisa contratos de clientes para nuevos precios y actualiza listas de excepciones de clientes.
-Crea y procesa entradas de facturación manuales y revisa y compara la facturación con las tarifas de los clientes.
-Agrega y mantiene información de la cuenta del cliente y requisitos dentro de varios sistemas de facturación.
Requisitos:
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Competente en Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint y Excel. Experiencia en contabilidad y facturación - Preferido. Inglés > 70% Nivel: 7. Modalidad híbrida. Lunes a viernes de 6:30 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.
