Role Purpose
The Digital Transformation Lead will drive the organization's digital agenda by identifying, developing, and implementing technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and support business growth. The role will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver innovation, optimize processes, and accelerate the adoption of digital tools and ways of working.

Your Profile — Who We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Energy or related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of experience including internships.

Skills

• Strong interest in project management, operations, maintenance, HSE, engineering, markets or renewable technologies.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, adaptability, and curiosity.
• Excellent planning, organization, and ability to navigate multicultural environments.
• Fluency in Local Language, English is mandatory; additional local languages are a strong asset.

Program Structure (24 months)

- Mission 1: 9-month A first local immersion tailored to your background and business needs.

- Mission 2: 6-month Secondment abroad in one of ENGIE’s R&F geographies (e.g., South Africa, Chile, UK, India, Australia…). Exposure to cross‑cultural teams and new operational realities.

- Mission 3: 9-month A consolidation local mission designed to deepen expertise and HSE/Digital etc.. to prepare for the landing role. Focus on business contribution, autonomy, and ability to manage small projects or workstreams.
