Rapid advancements in generative AI, self-driving cars, and artificial intelligence are driving an increased demand for advanced chips. At ASML, we are at the forefront of these changes with our technology, making it essential for our workforce to be well-organized and to be fully empowered to meet our clients' needs.
With these developments, the need for trustworthy workforce insights from our People Analytics expertise team is also rapidly growing. - Drive the implementation of People Data Management practices by translating policies, standards, and governance requirements into practical and sustainable ways of working that improve data quality, consistency, compliance, and business value.
- Support the identification, documentation, governance, and lifecycle management of HR data assets, critical data elements, business definitions, and data products in alignment with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor for HR data management, supporting stakeholders in solving data-related challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and embedding governance principles within HR initiatives and transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain business metadata, including business data models, data lineage, business glossaries, attribute definitions, and relationships between business processes, data assets, and supporting systems.
- Support maturity assessments, monitor adoption of data management practices, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement plans for People Data Management across HR.
- Contribute to cross-functional alignment on data standards, quality requirements, governance decisions, ownership structures, and enterprise data management initiatives to ensure a consistent and trusted HR data foundation.
- Support the development and execution of the People Data Management roadmap by translating HR, sector, and enterprise priorities into initiatives that strengthen governance, metadata management, stewardship, and overall data maturity.
The activities that might become part of this role as the capability matures:
- Drive organizational change, communication, training, and adoption activities to further embed People Data Management as a core capability within HR.
