We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs in their daily activities and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs.
• Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities.
• Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance.
• Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities
• Support the organisation/facilitation of events.
• Contribute to the standarisation and harmonisation of activities & answers to managers and employees across the different functions.
• Keep documentation updated.

• Education: Human Resources, Law, Business Administration and Others are as well welcome since you are motivated for the role.
• Experience: From 1 to 3 years in HR topics.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics; capacity to organize oneself and deliver on time; ability to work on several different tasks/topics in parallel; high team spirit.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
