HR Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing strategic and operational guidance to managers on all people-related matters.
• Support and advise employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, fostering positive employee relations and engagement.
• Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including talent development, performance management, and employee retention programs.
• Drive the performance management process by facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development planning.
• Analyze HR data and key workforce metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and implement improvement measures.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to ensure an effective, high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards while advising managers on best practices.
• Support organizational change initiatives, works council collaboration, and complex employee relations matters to drive business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR/People role within a large, international organization.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and people management practices.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making.
• Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
