Meet the team!

The Professional Services team accelerates adoption of Unifonic’s AI‑driven CX platform by embedding AI across customer journeys, marketing, and contact centers to drive faster time‑to‑value, measurable outcomes, and long‑term platform adoption.

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will own the delivery framework that keeps agentic projects from slipping, so time-to-value holds and we build the stickiness that turns a first project into an expansion. As a full-time member of the squad, you will carry a portfolio of agentic deployments and be the single point of accountability for their delivery health.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

• Driving delivery cadence: Running weekly progress reviews with the client core implementation team, daily standups with the delivery squad, and keeping every project moving against a clear plan.

• Leading executive governance: Establishing monthly executive reviews with decision-makers on both the client and Unifonic sides, while surfacing risks, blockers, and decisions early.

• Protecting MVP scope: Maintaining a locked, protected MVP scope with clear acceptance criteria and change control, defending time-to-value and preventing scope creep from derailing a 3-month deployment timeline.

• Managing risks and issues: Maintaining a live issue log covering what can and cannot be delivered, escalating quickly, and keeping leadership transparently updated.

• Owning the portfolio: Managing a full portfolio of concurrent agentic deployments, balancing priorities, and keeping each engagement on track without becoming a bottleneck.

• Building reusable delivery assets: Codifying repeatable delivery patterns, templates, and governance routines so every engagement leaves behind a reusable primitive.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams: Orchestrating across FDE Engineers, Sestek PS, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure clean handovers and consistent alignment.
  

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• Proven delivery or project management experience on complex, multi-system implementations (AI, integration, or CX/contact center projects a strong plus). 

• A backbone on scope. You protect the MVP, run change control, and hold the line on time-to-value without breaking the client relationship. 

• Strong cadence discipline: you run tight standups and reviews that unblock, not just report. 

• Comfort operating in an agentic, governed environment: guardrails, human-in-the-loop, and Saudi compliance context (SAMA, CST, SDAIA, NCA) are part of the delivery reality. 

• Clear, direct communicator who can hold both a client core team and an executive room. 

• Capacity to own a full portfolio of deployments in parallel while keeping quality and governance tight. 

• PMP or equivalent is a plus, not a requirement. Builder mindset and ownership matter more. 

AI Proficiency:

• Minimum Level: L4

  Hands-on with AI platforms, agentic orchestration, prompting, RAG, voice AI, APIs, and conversational channels — applying them to design end-to-end, governed AI workflows that solve business problems and optimize KPIs.

• Expected: Apply AI tools, agentic workflows, prompting, RAG, integrations, and conversational AI to solve business problems and design end-to-end, governed AI experiences.
  Think in systems, not prompts—optimize for business outcomes, challenge ambiguity, and continuously reuse, test, and improve AI solutions.
