Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with 4-10 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud implementations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP EAM/PM solutions across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules.

*Responsibilities:

Business Process & Solution Design

Gather and analyze business requirements related to:

Asset Management

Maintenance Operations

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Breakdown Maintenance

Calibration Management

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops for S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

Design SAP EAM/PM solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and industry standards.

Prepare Functional Specifications and Solution Design Documents.

SAP Configuration & Implementation

Configure SAP PM/EAM processes including:

Functional Locations

Equipment Master

Classification & Characteristics

Maintenance Notifications

Maintenance Orders

Task Lists

Maintenance Plans

Measuring Points & Counters

Permits & Safety Management

Configure SAP Fiori applications related to Asset Management.
