¿Qué buscamos?
Desarrollar bajo la gestión administrativa del Especialista de TIM, todas las actividades que impliquen el cumplimiento efectivo y sostenido de los proyectos relacionados a innovación, continuidad de negocio, aumento de capacidad, VIP (Value Improvement Programme), optimización de procesos y reducción de pérdidas.
Localidad: Costa Rica, Heredia.
¿Qué harías?
- Liderar todas las actividades relacionadas a proyectos de los proyectos de innovación, VIP, soporte de planta y continuidad de negocio.
- Realizar la entrega documentada de los proyectos de innovación a planta a través del Transfer Pack.
- Realizar la modificación de las hojas de carga de proceso.
- Definir los parámetros y procedimientos de operaciones para las nuevas fórmulas y productos.
- Documentar a través de protocolos de prueba y reportes todos los proyectos liderados por TIM.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y generación de proyectos a partir de ello en los procesos de planta.
- Realizar benchmarking en procesos entre diferentes sites de Unilever alrededor del mundo.
- Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos de SHE y QA en todas las etapas de los proyectos y diseños desarrollados.
- Participar en los programas de reducción de pérdidas y oportunidades de mejora de proceso.
- Realizar los análisis de capacidad de proceso de planta como parte de la implementación de proyectos.
- Liderar y definir las pruebas industriales requeridas durante el desarrollo de proyectos de innovación.
- Participar en los diferentes foros de innovación para optimizar la comunicación entre manufactura, ingeniería, R&D y mercadeo.
¿Qué necesitas para aplicar a la vacante?
- Graduado de Ing. Química, Tecnólogo de Alimentos, Ing. Industrial, Agroindustria o carrera afín.
- 1 año en puestos de manufactura, calidad, ingeniería o en desarrollo de procesos.
- Manejo de procesos de manufactura.
- Manejo de AutoCAD.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Deseable inglés intermedio.
- Habilidades blandas: Resolución de problemas, Capacidad analítica, Disciplina laboral, Negociación y Trabajo en equipo
